iSqueeze, the UK’s largest provider of fresh juice machines, recognized an opportunity for businesses to offer freshly blended beverages—that are ready in 60 seconds and need no blenders, fresh produce or ice—and teamed up with Smoodi to bring the first self-serve smoothie station to the UK. Thanks to the automated system, frozen fruit is blended for customers as part of a process that minimizes waste, cleanup, and labor costs of operating a juice bar.
At the DIY smoothie. station, customers only need to pick up and scan a cup, and choose a flavor like Strawberry & Banana, Green Matcha or, Choco Boost. These no-added-sugar smoothies blend frozen fruit with water, meaning that retailers only need to place the unit in proximity to a freshwater line.
