Maeving's RM1S Motorbike Achieves 65MPH with its Electric Motor

The RM1S is the latest electric motorcycle from Maeving, a British start-up company based in Coventry. The RM1S is a retro-styled bike that draws inspiration from the 1920s boardtracker motorcycles, with a sleek and minimalist design. The RM1S features a hub-mounted electric motor, a steel frame, a leather seat, and a choice of six tank colors. The RM1S is the successor of the RM1, which was launched in 2022 and received positive reviews from critics and customers alike.

The RM1S has more than twice the power and performance of the RM1, with a top speed of 65 mph and a range of up to 80 miles. The RM1S has two swappable batteries, each with a capacity of 2.7 kWh, that can be charged on or off the bike in under four hours. The RM1S is priced at £7,495 and can be pre-ordered from the MAEVING website. The first 100 customers will receive a special edition bike with unique markings and extra perks. The delivery of the RM1S is expected to start in March 2024.
