This retail and electric vehicle charging station from Be.EV has been given the go ahead by the Manchester City Council as a new oasis for EVs to provide drivers with access to essential power.
The station will be positioned as an oasis for EV drivers, and will be located on a site that previously housed a gas station. The station will feature the ability to rapid-charge up to 16 vehicles at a time, while also providing secure charging for electric bicycles. Drivers will be able to power up their vehicle in as little as 10-minutes thanks to ultra-rapid charging infrastructure.
The retail and electric vehicle charging station will also feature solar panels on the roofing to further increase its sustainable profile with the convenience store offering 1,900-square-feet of shopping space.
