Premium poke bowls are the newest addition to Freshii’s menu as the Canadian fast-casual giant dives into one of the world’s most in-demand food trends. Starting June 3, 2025, locations across Canada will serve up four distinct varieties featuring sushi-grade salmon, ahi tuna, prawns, or tofu. These new offerings reflect Freshii’s commitment to fresh, flavourful, and convenient meals that cater to health-conscious consumers.
Crafted by Chef Jason Baker, the bowls come in either teriyaki or ponzu flavour profiles and are built on a base of rice and greens, topped with avocado, mango, pickled onions, and crispy wonton strips. Customizable sauces like Sriracha Mayo and Wasabi Aioli add a personalized finish. As the largest national chain in Canada to offer a full poke bowl lineup, Freshii’s move positions it at the forefront of nutritious fast dining.
