Superset — a modern workspace platform for coaching teams and training organizations — has launched an integration with Oura Ring. This move will allow gyms, clinics, and teams to view client sleep, readiness, and activity data directly inside Superset. The available information will include daily scores and full sleep breakdowns with stage-by-stage detail for Awake, REM, Light, and Deep sleep. Users can also gain insight into rolling averages over 30, 60, and 90 days or all time periods.
In order to enhance convenience, the integration also allows for automatic client setup with 30 days of backfilled history after a simple one-minute connection process. Coaches can see Oura Ring data right in the client sidebar alongside training history, nutrition information, and other tools they use for programming decisions. This, in turn, omits the need to ask clients to send screenshots, log data manually, or switch between separate applications.
The integration with the Oura Ring is the first wearable data source Superset has brought into its platform, with additional data sources planned.
