Samsung unveiled its ultra high-end gaming monitor, the 'Odyssey Ark.' This is a $3,500 USD monitor with never-before-seen features that cover every necessary feature a monitor could have. Firstly, the Ark is a 55-inch, heavily curved display. Samsung intends the user to sit close to the monitor to allow the device to curve around them as sort of a gaming pod. When seated in this position, many features on the monitor begin to pop out.
Firstly, the Ark boast a peak brightness of 2,000 nits as well as full HDR support for both games and movies. Additionally, the Ark has support for varying refresh rates between 60Hz up to 165Hz.
