Papa Johns Canada is adding a little international flare to its menu with the launch of its new Butter Chicken Pizza.
The new Butter Chicken Pizza offering is only available in Canada and it will officially launch on May 22, 2023. The delicious new pizza is inspired by butter chicken, or murgh makhani, which is an Indian dish that hails from Delhi. To capture the rich aromatic butter sauce, Papa Johns has created its own velvety, creamy, and sweet sauce and paired it with the brand's never-frozen original dough, seasoned chicken, crunchy green peppers, and sliced onions. As Kimberly Bean, Papa Johns Canada's Menu Strategy and Calendar Planning Vice-President, explains, "With the Butter Chicken Pizza, we have taken one of Canada’s most-loved foods and given customers the chance to experience the taste in a crave-worthy and exciting new way."
