Cowboy Chicken is taking a break from chicken this fall and introducing a new Brisket Sandwich and Sweet Potato Fries.
While Cowboy Chicken is best known for its wood-fired rotisserie chicken and Wild West sides, its latest menu additions are sure to be just as big a draw. The new Brisket Sandwich consists of juicy and tender chopped brisket topped with yellow onions, sliced jalapeños, bread-and-butter pickles, and barbecue sauce, all on a pillowy brioche bun.
Alongside the savory new option, guests can also add new Sweet Potato Fries. This dish consists of waffle-style sweet potato fries topped with a sweet and savory combination of cinnamon, sugar, and salt. While the new Brisket Sandwich rounds out the brand's menu, the new Sweet Potato Fries will only be available from September 4 to October 15, 2023.
