The latest Mellow Mushroom menu update has been announced by the brand as its largest yet that will offer ample options for customers to try out this spring and summer.
The menu update starts off with a series of new salads including the Asian Crunch and Apple Harvest varieties, which are each focused on sweet and tangy flavors. The menu also introduces a new cocktail menu including the Moondust Margarita, Watermelon Zinger with a Tajin Rim, Blackberry Whiskey Sour, Peachy Pineapple Spritz and the Vanilla Cream Cola.
