Lalique Designs the Maison d'Artiste Flagship Store in NYC

French glassware imprint Lalique has opened the doors to its new flagship store location dubbed Maison d'Artiste. The store is inspired by art deco elements and is nestled in a 19th-century townhome in NYC's Upper East Side. It was designed by the artistic and creative director of Lalique, Marc Larminaux with collaborative efforts alongside the Californian interior team Studio Preveza. The goal was to create a space where customers could experience the products in a residential setting.

Laminaux explained more about the design, "Lalique's DNA is deeply connected to the art deco movement, and this influence is visible in the meticulous details of the Maison d'Artiste. From the architectural elements to the decorative installations, the space pays tribute to the geometric elegance and bold aesthetic of the era while seamlessly integrating modern interpretations of Lalique's timeless motifs."
