Lyle’s Golden Syrup Ice Cream is making its way to the UK market as a frozen sweet treat perfect for capturing the signature flavor of the condiment in a new format. The ice cream starts off with fresh British milk and double cream that's paired with ample amounts of Lyle's Gold Syrup throughout to impart sweetness to the creamy treat. The ice cream has no artificial flavors, colors or preservatives and comes in two flavor options including Gooey Syrup Swirls and Honeycomb Pieces, which are each coming to the UK in 500-gram tubs for £4.75.
Brand Manager Olivia Haley spoke on the Lyle’s Golden Syrup Ice Cream saying, "This launch taps into two big ice cream trends for 2026: British dessert flavours and comforting nostalgia. Lyle’s is synonymous with moments of indulgence. We know classic flavours dominate consumer preferences in ice cream, especially among our modern family audience. Our Golden Syrup is reminiscent of childhood treats, yet it’s a unique flavour in ice cream today. We’re bringing this spirit of innovation to the category."
