Laser Photonics' system integrates robotic arms for part handling and laser operation. It is built on Laser Photonics' CleanTech Industrial Robotic Cell 6040. The innovation is "configured with a second robot to pick up and position metal plates on the laser processing table within the workcell." Machine vision technology is also employed "to ensure precise alignment of the metal plates."
Laser cleaning technology, such as the one offered by Laser Photonics, ensures "high-speed, non-abrasive removal of contaminants from metal components."
