Delta Electronics Debuts a New Suite of Infrastructure Components

— September 24, 2025 — Tech
At the NVIDIA GTC 2025 conference, Delta Electronics presented a new suite of infrastructure components tailored for artificial intelligence data centers. The technologies are designed to address two primary challenges in high-performance computing — the substantial power requirements of advanced processors and the significant heat they generate.

Delta Electronics' power management solutions include high-density shelves equipped with advanced capacitors to ensure stable electricity delivery during sudden, heavy computational loads, alongside highly efficient converters that change power from alternating to direct current. For thermal management, the company introduced liquid-based cooling systems, including large-scale units capable of handling the extreme heat output from multiple high-density server racks, as well as more targeted cold plate systems for individual chips.

Delta Electronics also hosted a separate demonstration illustrated the application of similar AI and simulation technologies to automate and optimize manufacturing assembly lines.
