The Klarna mobile service has been announced by the buy-now-pay-later (BNPL) service company as a new offering for consumers in the US that will offer them access to competitive coverage at a low-cost price point. The mobile service will be powered by Gigs and will be introduced to the US market with a $40 plan that includes unlimited access to 5G data, calls and texts, which is all handled on the AT&T network. Consumers will be able to sign up for the mobile connectivity service right within the Klarna app without having to worry about contracts or hidden fees.
The Klarna mobile service is expected to be available in the US market soon with additional services also planned for the UK and Germany markets.
