KIWI DESIGN Created a Portable Washer and Dryer for Clothes

This portable all-in-one washer and dryer was created by KIWI DESIGN to provide users with clean clothes on the go. The industrial design team employs a quick sanitization technology to its machine to effectively rid the user's clothes of dirt. Its small size makes it ideal for socks, underwear, masks, gloves, and handkerchiefs.

The bottom section of the portable machine is made from an elastic nickel-titanium alloy. This allows it to expand into an inverted lampshade shape to support the drying bag. The portable washer and dryer focuses on sanitization by eliminating bacterial and fungal build-up made possible by its high-temperature cleaning process. Doubling as a washer and a dryer in one, the machine takes 15-30 minutes to complete its cycle.
