'Heroes of Mavia' is an MMO That Features NFT-Tied In-Game Features

'Skrice Studios,' the Hanoi, Vietnam-based, Web3-focused game development studio, has announced 'Heroes of Mavia,' a massively-multiplayer online (MMO) strategy game. Heroes of Mavia is a play-to-earn (P2E) game where players compete over plots of land that are tied to NFTs based on the blockchain. Players will be able to build bases and raise armies on their land, then use these armies to wage war on neighboring players.

Through conquering over settlements, players will be able to earn NFTs, as well as Heroes of Mavia's own P2E cryptocurrency titled 'RUBY.' The in-game market for Heroes of Mavia will be community-driven, as players can compete, trade, and fight over real-world digital assets. Heroes of Mavia is set to release in Q4 of 2022, and players can currently pre-register on the game's website.
