Schilling Hard Cider's Ground Control 0.0% is a non-alcoholic cider for those who want to stay grounded, all the while savoring the taste of fresh-pressed cider apples, tart cherry juice and no artificial flavoring or sugar.

Since most non-alcoholic ciders are too close to regular apple juice or sparkling apple juice in flavor, Schilling Hard Cider set out to create a more complex alternative and looked to shrubs for inspiration. Although Schilling Hard Cider has considered creating a drinking vinegar or shrub-based non-alcoholic beverage for years, it did not initially think that there was enough demand to warrant a six-pack. "We crafted a true 0.0% never-alcoholic drink using apple cider drinking vinegar to create a very adult flavor profile," CEO Colin Schilling told Forbes, "Our team also loves craft cocktails, and this is a shrub-inspired beverage that will remind you just as much of a handmade cocktail as a craft cider."
