The Elevation Lab TimeCapsule is an aftermarket accessory for the Apple AirTag tracker as a way to help users enhance its ruggedness, but also the longevity of its battery. The device works by being opened and paired with two AAA batteries inside alongside the AirTag onto the adapter to immediately enhance its power capabilities. The unit will thus deliver up to five years of use per set of batteries, which sets it much further ahead than the usual one year of battery life that the Apple AirTag with its CR2032 battery gets.
The Elevation Lab TimeCapsule has an IP69 rating to further protect the tracker from damage from water and dirt, and requires an Allen key to be opened to further enhance security as well as durability.
