The Cartwright & Butler Dubai Style Truffles have been developed by the luxury British treat brand as its take on the viral Dubai chocolate trend that's positioned as a must-try amongst consumers this summer. The truffles start off with a rich milk chocolate and are filled with a pistachio ganache, knafeh pastry for a touch of crunch and a final drizzle of yellow and green icing. The truffles are reported to feature 35.1% cocoa solids along with a 10% pistachio paste to achieve the right balance for consumers to enjoy.
Managing Director Tony Arnett spoke on the Cartwright & Butler Dubai Style Truffles saying, "Cartwright & Butler is the home of quintessentially British teatime treats but we also have an adventurous side. Our specialist NPD development team have been working on perfecting our Dubai Style Truffles and they’re certainly a new firm favourite at Cartwright & Butler HQ."
