Young Horses Announced a Port of 'BugSnax' for iOS and MacOS

Bugsnax is a game that lets players explore Snaktooth Island and collect various Bugsnax, which are hybrid creatures of bugs and snacks. The game was first launched for PlayStation 5, PlayStation 4, and PC in 2020, and then expanded to Xbox Series, Xbox One, Switch, and PC via Steam and Microsoft Store in 2022.

The developer Young Horses has announced that Bugsnax will also be available for iOS devices this summer, with a new touch-based control system and compatibility with different gamepads. More information about the iOS version will be revealed soon by the developer. While the company currently has no confirmed plans to explore an Android port of the game, a developer noted that there is no exclusivity for iOS, there are just many challenges associated with developing an Android version of the game.
