The new Bolder Border Bowls are a delicious blend of cilantro lime rice and black beans tossed with roasted corn, pickled red onions, shredded lettuce, queso fresco, pico de gallo, lime crema, sliced avocados, and your choice of protein. And when it comes to protein options, there are lots to choose from. For instance, the Grilled Chicken Border Bowl features grilled chicken brushed with lime-cilantro chimichurri, while the Grilled Shrimp Border Bowl features grilled shrimp brushed with the same lime-cilantro chimichurri. There's also a Grilled Portobello Border Bowl that swaps meat and seafood for vegetarian-friendly grilled portobello mushrooms brushed with lime-cilantro chimichurri.
