The AYANEO NEXT II Uses a 7000-Series CPU From AMD

The AYANEO NEXT II was just announced by the handheld PC manufacturer during an online live-streamed conference. This is the successor to 2021's 'AYANEO NEXT,' which at the time was one of the strongest - and only - handheld PCs on the market. Now that the industry has exploded with high-profile releases from Valve, GPD, and AYANEO, the company has revived the NEXT lineup with improved performance in every area.

The AYANEO NEXT II features an unspecified Ryzen 7000-series CPU with a new discrete graphics chip, supposedly also from AMD. The device has a design that takes inspiration from the NEXT as well as the Steam Deck with a large screen, off-set joysticks, and face buttons near the top of the shell. This offers optimal ergonomics without compromising on design. Lastly, the device has a premium design when compared to many of its competitors, boasting high-quality buttons, frame material, and build quality.
