The Angel Delight Bubble Jelly Extends with a New Blueberry Flavour

Angel Delight Bubble Jelly extends with a new blueberry flavour as Premier Foods expands its bubble tea-inspired ambient dessert range in the UK. The Bubble Jelly concept combines fruit-flavoured jelly with popping boba pearls, drawing on the texture and flavour cues popularised by bubble tea and Asian-influenced desserts to add playful sensory contrast to a traditional jelly format. The latest variant pairs blueberry jelly with raspberry popping boba, complementing earlier flavours in the range such as strawberry, mango and lemonade.

It follows on from the successful launch of bubble-tea-inspired Bubble Jelly range, which has delivered more than half a million pounds of sales since launching in September 2025. The jelly pots are shelf-stable and do not require refrigeration, making them suitable for packed lunches and on-the-go snacking.
