The 2/3 Home is a Modular and Dynamic Tent Concept

Designer Yeonguk Choi designs the new 2/3 home tent concept that is able to alter and change due to its modular nature. It is essentially a concept for a backpacking tent that is able to be expanded, changed around, and folded up depending on the needs during the time including the season and the number of people.

It is a blend of alpine tent elements with features of a tunnel-type tent with much easier ways to pack. To come up with the concept, the designers experimented with many materials and tent types in order to develop a concept that is easily multi-functional. The 2/3 home creates a Duo Mode to house two people and can expand to Trio Mode as an extension.
