The pictures of this exploding whale are gross; a buildup of decomposing gases meant that it literally exploded on the way to a research center. At this point I have to point out that this whale died naturally and was not killed “for research.” What strikes me most about this news item is that it is almost a carbon copy of the whale activism ad below.
