I’m all for minimizing employee distraction at the workplace, but these ‘Workbay’ office chairs from the Bouroullec brothers are a bit excessive.

The ‘Workbay’ chairs feature an extended hood to help minimize ambient noise and thereby keep employees focused. The hood reminds me of a horse’s blinders.

Ronan and Erwan Bouroullec are fans of high-backed seating to foster a sense of privacy. Below, check out the privacy sofas the brothers made for offices.
