Today marks my first post about a sewing machine.  However, it’s pretty tough to ignore the fact that this sewing machine has more power than your laptop.  In short, the Artista 730E has a windows powered display and hardcore software so that next time you want to replace a button, you can stitch a trend hunter logo into your shirt.  Yikes.

Bernina’s site describes, “Only the Artista 730E has a Microsoft® Windows® Powered operating system. So, at the touch of a finger to the big, bright centrally located color screen, you can get on-screen help and graphic tutorials. You can import and export embroidery designs and access the my portal, a website exclusively for artista 730E and 200E owners. And that’s not all…”  Yah, I bet that’s not all. 

With a price tag of $8,000, this puppy is targeted either to businesses or those with incurable fetishes for sewing.
