Will knitting become hip again? It almost looks that way. Not only are celebrities doing it, but it’s being featured in fashion magazines too.

As more people turn to their own hands to create the fashions they want, more resources are popping up to help guide the DIY movement. Just look at Vogue Knitting, a useful guide for creating the latest fashions.

From the look of their models, they’re not just targeting grannies; they’re going after all ages. The younger girls in the campaign are wearing stylish apparel in the latest fashions.

Grandma hasn’t been forgotten, though; there are representative models for every age group. The gallery from the latest edition of Vogue Knitting looks as if it’s representing three generations: grandmothers, mothers, and daughters.

Could knitting become the new cross-generational glue?
