Krispy Kreme Japan recently released two new Valentine's Day donuts made from indulgent ingredients. While chocolate is already synonymous with the annual holiday, why not enjoy the tasty treat in the form of a delicious deep-fried dessert.

The two new Valentine's Day donuts from Krispy Kreme Japan feature an adorable heart-shaped design that makes them perfect for the occasion. The first is the Fondant Chocolat Marshmallow donut, which is stuffed with dark Belgian chocolate cream and then coated in a rich chocolate icing. To mimic the taste of s'mores, the donut is topped with mini marshmallows, graham cracker crumbs and a sweet chocolate drizzle. The second donut is the Fondant Chocolat Strawberry. This donuts features the same Belgian chocolate cream filling, but comes with dried strawberries and a sprinkling of strawberry chocolate curls on top.

Like many other cafe chains, the new food items put a seasonal spin on the regular menu.
