Installing tremolo systems on vintage Gibson guitars can be a pain, because a significant amount of wood has to be sacrificed to get the system on the there. Now however, the FRX tremolo system gives you the opportunity to wail away like Joe Satriani or Steve Vai without compromising on your precious wood.

This contraption is designed to be surface-mounted on all Gibson guitars via a tune-o-matic bridge, without having to remove parts of the body. The system consists of a bridge mechanism with intonation saddles, a tremolo arm and a nut-and-truss adjustment. The system can be attached in locked, assisted floating or full floating modes.

The FRX Tremolo System is currently available for pre-order and will begin shipping in mid-December. It will be available in chrome, black and gold.
