Barracuda is a travel luggage that probably gets its name from being absolutely fierce at everything it does. One of the things that makes this piece of carry-on luggage so appealing is that it has the ability to collapse down to 4" when not in use, freeing up a ton of closet space when it's not needed on the road. Beyond this, Barracuda has some high-tech features that will do even more to win over the hearts of modern travelers. The body of the bag includes a built-in tray for laptop use and a USB power outlet, which makes working on the go much more convenient and comfortable.

With GSM-GPRS technology, travelers are able to take tracking into their own hands with Bluetooth Smart or Low Energy tech through a mobile device app, which has much more advantages over GPS in this case.

Launched as a project on Kickstarter, the initial crowdfunding goal was $20,000—but the smart luggage has impressed people so much, backers have contributed more than $470,000 to see this travel companion go into production.
