Ladies, if you’re looking for the latest in convertible handbags try the Antrobus by Alison Antrobus. She’s designed a handbag that can be easily transformed into a clutch for those days when you don’t need your “carry-everything” handbag. The clutch is removable and comes in different colors so you can continuously update your bag as the seasons change. The larger handbag portion has a top-shelf for all your goodies that you don’t want to rummage in the bottom of your bag for and the bottom half of the bag hides a storage-box set of compartments for neatly tucking away what you don’t need right away (a toothbrush, a change of undies, and some lip gloss and it’s a road trip in a bag! Ha Ha!). I’m not much of a handbag fashionista, but I have to give this bag kudos for such an intelligent design.

A two-drawer box emerges from the bottom permitting the top portion to be used alone as smaller shoulder bag, and the bottom portion zips off into a folded clutch. These clutch bags are offered additional colors which are sold separately allowing you to change the look of your shoulder bag. In addition, Antrobus offers different clutches each season to refresh your Antrobus bag from the previous collection. (vivre)
