The Tesla Model X was first teased back in 2012, which now seems like it was eons ago, but the vehicle has finally been revealed in its full production form.

This vehicle comes with a range of as much as 414 km, which means it doesn't go quite as far as the Tesla Model S. However this vehicle is equipped with a trio of seating rows, and also offers a whole new take on the scissor door design. The vehicle is always equipped with a hospital-grade air filtering system that is dubbed 'Bioweapon Defense Mode'. When this mode is deployed, the air inside the clean is made as clean and sterile as that inside a hospital ward.

The Tesla Model X is an unabashedly futuristic vehicle that brings features that may seem odd at first, but could well become more common in the coming years.
