SUNCards is a deck of children's playing cards for pre-teens with anxiety from SUNForGood that are designed to help kids manage their mental health. What started as a school project by Eva Goodrich grew into a practical deck of playing cards to help kids take control of their stress and anxiety. Each of the colorful cards features a cheery creature and says something that's useful for getting through a tough time.
A complete deck contains 50 cards, which include Sunshine cards with mindfulness tricks and positive sayings, Action cards for helping to focus on the positive and Spread the Sunshine cards, which encourage random acts of kindness.
