Do your pyromaniac tendencies leave you wanting more of a blaze than the flames emitted by a candle? There seems to be a trend in table top fireplaces which offer dramatic ambiance in a compact size. This stunning new table top fireplace by tableware company Carl Mertens is a perfect marriage of glass, stainless steel and flames.

The company says, “our products are charged with emotion – instruments for perfect culture at the dining table.”

The Apoll is made in Germany and is available for $675 from Utica Home.
