There are dozens of expensive personal stylist services out there, but 'Thread' is one that sets itself apart from the masses. In addition to dealing exclusively with men, there's one other big difference that sets this service apart.

As a stylist working for Thread, it's possible to have upwards of 45,000 clients at a time from Thread's user base of hundreds of thousands. While this seems humanly impossible, the stylist's don't have to go it alone. After a user answers a few questions about their style preferences, they are paired with a stylist, who is able to make fashion recommendations. Following this, a user is supplied with additional suggestions recommend to them based on Thread's algorithms, big data and analytics.

Thread operates as an entirely free service that makes money by working with fashion brands and securing wholesale prices for the items it sells and ships through its e-commerce platform.
