With lifestyles now being more sedentary than ever, the Straighten Up Canada app was designed to bring comfort to those who spend a lot of time on the computer, texting, driving or watching TV. These activities contribute to bad posture, but the Straighten Up Canada program was developed to increase spinal health, flexibility, energy and prevent aching backs and muscles.

Within the app, you'll find a series of 12 posture exercises that you can do anywhere with guidance from images and video as needed. In order to help you maintain good posture, the app lets you set up personal reminders and track your progress. On top of this, the app helps users to locate chiropractors nearby and read posts about the newest developments in musculoskeletal health.
