Herman Studio designs the new Form & Reform Step by Step ladder, which is a new angle on the traditional library ladder. It is designed with a deep top step in order to provide more safety along with a wooden support bar to help with balance as well. The ladder can be folded up and hung along the wall when it is not in use to save space. It uses a small wooden hook and it also can function as a decorative wall object.
Jonas Herman of the studio in Bosnia-Herzagovina states that “This stepladder has two purposes: to provide optimal function when unfolded and in use, and serve as a decorative element when folded up and hanging on the wall. We wanted to create a functional ladder that would also have a sculptural effect in a room.”
