The Star Trek Communicator is a Bluetooth replica of the device used in the fictional series. Fittingly, the product is being released just in time for Comic-Con San Francisco.

The device is crafted together out of high-quality die-cast aluminum. It is equipped with a magnetic stand that offers wireless charging capability for added convenience. The functions include everything you would expect from a Bluetooth speaker. Users can make and receive phone calls, as was the case with the Star Trek version.

The Star Trek Communicator also lets you use sound effects from the show, which makes for a touch of authenticity that is sure to appreciated by Trekkies, or avid Star Trek fans. The device is available for preorder for $150, and while it won't ship until January 2016, is expected to be high in demand.
