Spring Project is a social enterprise aiming to empower unemployed young people with the skills to gain meaningful employment based in London, UK. Building marketable skills and a portfolio with the Spring project, young individuals experience a unique environment which stresses the value of constantly striving to create extraordinary value.

Working on projects and making connections with mentors, youth participating in the radical employment training with the Spring Project focus on a curriculum founded on three principles: being of service, personal responsibility and integrity.

The Spring Project is unique in that it brings together job seekers, recruiters and empty spaces in order to facilitate life-changing and economy-supporting change to the benefit of youth who would not normally have the means to such an opportunity.
