If you’re like most North Americans, chances are you’re not waking up early enough to get in some early morning exercise. Based on that assumption, the Shape Up! alarm clock may be just the thing for you.
Shaped like a dumbbell, the Shape Up! alarm functions just like any other, except that instead of simply pressing “snooze,” it requires 30 exercise repetitions in order to shut off.
