Scotland-based brewer and distiller Brewdog Distilling Company has launched a brand new Scottish gin that is designed to further the popularity of its Lonewolf Gin collection, which itself was launched as part of an array of new measures taken to mark and support the opening of Brewdog's new distillery facility in the town of Ellon.
The Gunpowder Gun comes in at 57 percent alcohol by volume (ABV), making it a punchy Scottish gin. As far as the brewing ingredients are concerned, this particular Scottish gin makes use of an array of diverse ingredients that include oranges from Paraguay, lemons from Sicily, grapefruit from Mexico, juniper from Tuscany, a trio of different varieties of peppercorns and fragrant star anise.
