Roberto de Vicq de Cumptich creates a channels a certain childlike charm with his collection of sketches that are made entirely using letters and numbers from the alphanumeric sequence.
The creative renderings only use the characters to create the drawings, which aren’t actually drawings at all, but actually complex computer creations. I think there’s something to be said about the entire line of character-made images because they not only speak to one’s inner attachment to prose, but also to our love for the infantile. The renderings are compiled into Roberto de Vicq de Cumptich’s book that is perfect for adults, kids and even for the coffee table because it looks like an absolute delight to flip through.
