Not everyone can cut and sew their luck as participants on popular design contests such as “Project Runway,” but now Levi’s has made it possible for both professional designers and designer wannabes to claim their way to fame with the Levi’s “Project 501 Design Challenge.”

Levi’s lets anyone in the U.S. redesign the 501 jeans and trucker jacket into his own fashion masterpiece, just as long as it embodies its brand spirit. It’s the so-called Project 501 community who will decide if the designer’s entry is trendworthy or trashy.  The more rivet ratings you get the more chances you get in having your design produced and sold in Levi.com.

There’s not much complicated rules to join.  You don’t have to be expert in any design software either.  Just doodle and submit your original design before February 6 ends and start earning your own design spotlight.
