Some people just can’t resist a colorful, foo-foo drink. My case in point is the latest trend circling the Internet’s how-to web sites: How to make Skittles-flavored vodka. It’s fairly simple to make… even when inebriated. Separate your Skittles by color and put them into bottles of vodka. There. Now you’ve got a rainbow in your liquor cabinet.

Fun fact: Such infusions are quite common in the F & B world. You can hollow out a watermelon and fill it with vodka for a neat base for spiked watermelon lemonade in the summer, or macerate strawberries in tequila for the same effect. YUM!
