Glamsquad's Professional Beauty Products Address Client Concerns

Since 2013, people have relied on Glamsquad for its on-demand at-home hair and makeup services and last year, it introduced a range of professional beauty products based on its expertise in haircare. Now, Glamsquad is also expanding its own-brand products with four beauty products: a setting spray, lip balm, highlighter and primer.

These new makeup products were created based on conversations between customers and stylists, and help to address commonly addressed concerns such as skin health and other consumer preferences. Products like Glamsquad's Enlightened Highlighter were developed because customers found most highlighters on the market too strong. With client feedback revealing that people value a good lip product more than mascara, Glamsquad's stylist network helped to refine the shades of the nourishing Take a Tint Lip Balm.

According to Kelli Bartlett, Glamsquad’s artistic director, "Because we can connect on a more intimate level, we can step back and ask, ‘What have we learned?’ Our products are a result of that."
