While many would claim the physical printed photo is dead, after a successful Kickstarter campaign last fall, this picture printing service is trying to bring it back with a subscription service model. Timeshel, co-founded by Phil Anema and Sean Pfitzenmaier, turns your iPhone photographs into real prints that are delivered to you on a monthly basis in a little box called the 'shel.'
The subscription service has many components in addition to the shel, like an app that helps you pick 30 photos from your camera roll to be printed and the prints themselves (which come in rectangle and square options). The picture printing service will add quarter inch white borders to all your selected images, resulting in beautifully framed memories.
