This loyalty app goes above and beyond by providing personalized offers to their users. Friska gives people increased access to healthy fast food options by making suggestions based on past purchases. Based in Bristol, the company collaborated with point of sales firm EPOSability to create a "behavior-dependant loyalty system" for their growing base of consumers.

Friska's online ordering system and database gathers information first. Instead of sending generic deals out to everyone, the loyalty app sends out personalized offers based on previous buying history. Users can view the bargains in-app and can redeem them when pre-ordering food. This also helps them skip long lines and adds convenience to the process. Through the app, they can also leave feedback for Friska's services.
