In honor of Canada's 150th birthday, the Canadian Broadcasting Corporation (CBC) is running a patriotic documentary series that outlines the country's history.

Titled 'Canada: The Story of Us,' the documentary will consist of a ten-part television series focused on telling the history of the nation. The series will cover stories of Indigenous peoples and immigrants, the pioneers who forged the land and the scientists and entrepreneurs who helped the country grow. The series will combine real footage and interviews with CGI animation to keep viewers engaged and entertained. The idea behind the documentary is to explore how the country got to where it is now and what it really means to be Canadian.

The patriotic documentary will air exclusively on CBC in 2017 as part of the broadcaster├Ęs 150th anniversary programming.
