These upscale fries put a spin on freshly chopped potatoes by turning them into rosemary parmesan French fries complete with a decadent truffle aioli dipping sauce. This is a great recipe that dresses plain fries with surprising and flavorful ingredients that is sure to impress any dinner guest.

Despite these fries looking very gourmet, they're actually made using frozen French fries meaning that you can easily make a batch in a pinch to serve with burgers, steak or on their own. The fries are baked till golden and then dressed with freshly grated parmesan cheese and diced rosemary. In place of ketchup, these frites are served with a homemade truffle oil dip infused with greek yogurt, garlic, lemon and pepper.

These fries showcase how a pre-made food can easily be made upscale with the inclusion of fresh ingredients.
